Goals Are Good But Only the Beginning

People make goals and actually this is something that is heard often. Then why in the world if we know we are to make goals are they not always met.

One of the reason is that they are not specific enough. Goals need to be specific and written down.

There needs to be completion dates. A target.

But most of all a goal means nothing if there is not action to go along with them.

However this isn't meant to get overwhelming instead it is meant to give direction.

The must be a plan.
